The Sovereign Leader

The Sovereign Leader is an elite 16-week expansion programme for visionary women ready to build their somatic capacity for higher visibility, outstanding impact, and legacy.

For the Woman Ready to Step into her Highest Potential

As a Leader, Business Queen, or Creative, you feel ready to bring your next level offering into the world. Maybe you have clarity on your next level identity – you know where you are going and yet somehow you can’t realise the dream? Or maybe you need space to connect to and discover your soul’s potential?

Either way, you have courage, vision, and unique skills. You are here to forge the path to your next level horizon and The Sovereign Leader programme has got you.

Your Sovereign Horizon

Sovereignty is the alignment of your vision, your body, and your soul’s truth. It is the sustainable, highly magnetic expression of you that leads from inspiration, commands respect and embraces newfound levels of creative liberty.

When a visionary woman expands her reach, her internal capacity is invited to expand with her.

The Sovereign Leader is an exclusive, high-touch container designed to facilitate your physiological and energetic capacity. We offer a space to explore and soften background friction, ancestral patterns, or subconscious limits, supporting your system as you step into high-impact success and visibility.

Aligning Your Nervous System

By offering tools to harmonise your nervous system and systemic field, this container is designed to support you in:

Expanding System Capacity: Building deep somatic resilience to help you hold higher wealth, scaling, and visibility without tipping into burnout.
Aligning with Your Soul’s Path: Reconnecting directly to your dreams and passions to support clear direction, intuitive clarity, clean boundaries, and decisive action.
Cultivating Grounded Ease: Creating space to soften low-grade anxiety or hyper-vigilance, inviting greater peace, grounded clarity, and fulfilment into your daily achievements.

High level Facilitation

You feel the magnetic pull to go deeper, express more of yourself and align with higher visibility, fulfilment and abundance.

We move beyond prescriptive coaching formulas to deliver bespoke energetic, ancestral, and psychological tools tailored to your expansion:

Professional Kinesiology: Gentle muscle testing to bypass the analytical mind, uncover subconscious patterns, release held stress, and physically anchor your new level of authority.
Identity-Oriented Psychotherapy (IoPT) & Family Constellations: Mapping invisible lineage dynamics to support you in cleanly handing back ancestral weight, freeing you to build your legacy on your own terms.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed & Self-Led Leadership: Harmonising internal conflict to support your system in transitioning into unified, Self-led leadership.

Step into the held space to back your vision and embody the effortless impact of the leader and creative you were born to be.

I've been working with Nikki for both kinesiology and, more recently, constellation work. Nikki creates such a wonderful environment for investigation and healing. She is incredibly intuitive and has supported me to discover long suppressed thoughts, beliefs and wounded aspects of myself - bringing them to the fore to be recognised and healed. She naturally creates a safe, relaxing space and I trust her entirely to guide and support me
