School Based Practice
Another key strand is my role as Therapeutic Lead for an Academy Trust. I have worked with my team to innovate an approach that supports children with their social, emotional and mental health needs.
Set in Dartmoor woodland, I work with presentations of adverse childhood experiences and neurodiversity; I support families to identify and meet the needs underlying tricky behaviour.
I write and deliver courses taking clients through a progressive emotional curriculum, mentor 1:1 pupils and support school staff to develop their own Relational Practice.
