More About Myself

Life is perhaps our greatest teacher. I am so lucky to be a Mum of three children, all of whom ensure my education is ongoing!

When life brought me a sustained and deeply challenging period, it was the catalyst to explore more of myself. Creative kinesiology became an invaluable tool to fast- track personal growth, release trauma, create stability and move forward with love and abundance.

Inspired by those who could sculpt stress, trauma and vulnerability into resilience and wisdom, I set about learning how I could feel more myself and align with my own truth. I was determined to reclaim my happiness, reprogram my body and mind and liberate my potential.

I am forever grateful to the relationships that walk alongside me without fear and hold me with love as I continue to grow and learn. Creative Kinesiology has become an invaluable tool to unearth hidden gems, honour myself with compassion as well as bring to light blocks and release the limitations that tether me.

Having been a Primary School Teacher for twenty years, I also love the work I do with children and their families. I gently weave my therapeutic training into the work I do in school. I want to offer children and their families the phonics of mental wellbeing and resilience.

I am passionate about sharing the power of this work with others and it would be my honour to walk alongside you as you uncover your own unique path and become more of your own empowered self.
